We have the right to refuse service to anyone for any cause at any time, without prior notice. Certain apparel or products may have limited quantities and can be subject to return or exchange only through adherence to the Return Policy. We, at Aiman Royale, make conscious and sincere efforts to display them online to you as accurately as possible, similar to how they appear in our offline store, featuring details of the pieces along with their colours. However, it is not guaranteed how the photos will appear on your monitor or device's screen, and whether or not they will have some inconsistencies. No liability or any form of resolutionary step is to be taken by us in such cases.
Also, we reserve the right to cancel a particular service, anytime, without prior individualised notice, regardless of the underlying cause it may be. Any of our product descriptions is subjectable to periodic changes or modifications at our sole discretion, with discontinuation of a particular product upon stock depletion. It is your responsibility to go through the updates on the website regarding any product's availability, and accordingly place your order(s) for the same.
Fraud accounts and declined transactions

Order cancellation by user
In case any user requests to cancel their order, we reserve the right to accept or reject it on any ground. As a normal process of our business practice, if any product cancellation service has been received, and the order has not been processed or dispatched, we shall cancel the order and provide you with the required credit code.
Upon receiving your cancellation request within 24 hours of placing the order on the website, it will be considered valid, and we will do the needful. Moreover, the Company has the full right to decide if an order has been processed or not, and you have to abide by the decision it takes regarding the order cancellation process.

No refunds shall be applicable on the orders made by the User under the Cash on Delivery ("COD") option.
